Dairy Dash on August 31
invites walkers and runners

MILLHEIM, Pa. -- The Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture will hold its inaugural Dairy Dash on Saturday, August, 31 at the lambs Creek Recreation Area near mansfield, Tioga County, pa.

You don't have to be a runner to take part as the event gives participants a choice of ither a 5K Fun Run or a 1-Mile Memory Walk. Starting time for the run is 9 a.m.

The fun run will be on a 3.1-mile loop cross country trail which is NCAA certified and part of the beautiful Lambs Creek Recreation Area, administered by the Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District.

The 1-Mile Memory Walk starts after the 5K step of, and will not be timed.

Water stops will be provided and refreshments will be served afterwards, including Milky Way Farms’ chocolate milk.

Runners and walkers only; strollers, baby joggers, bicycles, skates or pets will not be permitted on the course.
