Water test workshop slated
Dushore, Pa. -- Penn State Extension will hold a workshop, How to Interpret Water Test Results, on Thursday, October 3, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Neumann Center on SR 267 in Choconut, Susquehanna County, Pa. Participants will learn how to understand water test reports, as well as drinking water standards, chain-of-custody, various water test parameters, and comparing test results with standards. Bryan Swistock, Penn State Extension Associate, and Mark Madden County Agricultural Agent, will discuss the management of private water supplies and interpretation of test reports.
Following the presentation, individual consultations with Penn State staff will be available to discuss remaining questions or treatment options.
