Party Cheese Ball
2 pkgs.- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can- 8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

Gradually stir crushed pineapple into cream cheese. Blend in 1 cup pecans, pepper,onion, and salt. Chill well. Form in large, or 2 small balls, and roll in remaining pecans.
