PENNSYLVANIA DAIRY SUMMIT
Lots of stuff to be auctioned off

HARRISBURG -- A live and silent auction benefiting the Center for Dairy Excellence Foundation of Pennsylvania will be held on as part of the Pennsylvania Dairy Summit at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 12-13. The silent auction will be open throughout the Summit program with the items on display. Five items will be held for the live auction, which will be a part of the Wednesday evening dinner program, with Representative Mark Keller of Perry County serving as the auctioneer. Winning bidders for the silent auction items will be named at the closing session on Thursday afternoon.

“This is the second year for our silent auction, and last year we were able to raise more than $5000 to support the Center Foundation,” said Emily Yeiser, dairy initiatives manager at the Center for Dairy Excellence. “We are hoping that we receive as much support for this year’s auction.”
