Pa. Guernsey breeders excelled in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The results of last month’s Guernsey show held here as part of the North American Livestock Exposition, had Pennsylvania’s Guernsey enthusiasts ecstatic. And for good reason. It was their best performance in the history of the event.

Pennsylvania’s most victorious exhibitors were the Kevin Stoltzfus family of East Earl in Lancaster County as they fielded not only class winners, but also the grand champion and the first place exhibitor’s herd.

Kendy Gable of Snider Homestead Farm in Bedford County was named Premier Breeder.
