Pesticide applicators called to program update in western Pa.

MONACA, Pa. -- Penn State Extension will host several pesticide update meetings for certified applicators in February. Meetings on Monday, February 13, and Tuesday, February 28, will be held at the Extension office at 2020 Beaver Avenue in Monaca.

Participants may attend sessions from 1-3 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on both days, where two category 01 credits and two core credits may be obtained at each meeting. On Wednesday, February 22, a winter crops meeting will be held at the Big Knob Grange in New Sewickley Township from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

Two category 01 credits and two core credits will be available at this meeting. Participants are asked to please pre-register for all meetings as seating is limited and a $5 fee will be collected at the door for each meeting.
