STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Notice is hereby given that the 99th annual meeting of the membership of the Pennsylvania Holstein Association will be held at the Doubletree Resort at Willow Valley, Lancaster, on Thursday, February 23, at 2:30 p.m. for the following purposes:
